Inglourious Basterds [Blu-ray]

$8.34

Although Quentin Tarantino has cherished Enzo G. Castellari’s 1978 “macaroni” war flick The Inglorious Bastards for most of his film-geek life, his own Inglourious Basterds is no remake. Instead, as hinted by the Tarantino-esque misspelling, this is a lunatic fantasia of WWII, a brazen re-imagining of both history and the behind-enemy-lines war film subgenre. what is the name of this movie?

i dont have much detail, but im pretty sure its an obscure british movie that came out a year or two ago. i think its about spanish prisoners during the seventeen hundreds, idk maye theyre not spanish, but they are definetly prisoners, in some war prisoner camp, or somthing of the sort in what looks like the moors in northern scottland. then the camp is forced to relocate for some reason, and several prisoners are left behind, or maybe they escape? idk i never actualy saw this movie. then these prisoners move into the dense forests, but there is no food so theyre forced to resort to cannibalism. does anyone happen to know the name of the movie that im talking about?
